Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Berlin Kills Me.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
How to Return an Item

- Once we confirm your return, please send the item to the following address:

- We recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us first so we can check availability.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including original shipping costs).
